Lithuania
Most commonly the whole social group (i.e. ethnic minorities, the disabled, etc.) is analysed without addressing the gender aspect. This leads to problems faced by women being unaccounted for and leads to the inability to perceive the situation of women in the labour marker objectively. Almost in every area of employment women face a harsher situation than men.
